The Twin Mountain Motor Court and RV Park exemplifies the age-old tradition of cottage camping in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. With 15 cottages of varying sizes and amenities, the owner’s can accommodate all requests for 1 to 3 bedrooms, many with kitchenettes or full kitchens. Each cottage has a TV with cable, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & toaster, whether it has a kitchen or not. The current owner’s offer daily, multi-day and weekly rates for the cottages.

The RV Park offers 20 “4-way” sites including water, sewer, cable and up to 50 AMP service. The sites are situated for easy pull through set up along with copious amounts of space on either side. The property is 5 miles from Bretton Woods & the Mount Washington Hotel, 11 miles to the base station of the Cog Railway and approx. 30 miles from the Auto Road. which is the other side of the mountain. The cozy owner’s home is a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath year round residence with a full kitchen and wood stove. A lovely deck overlooking the property and a stunning view of Mount Washington is just outside the door.

The entire facility utilizes town water and private septic systems on site. Heat for the entire property is provided by a combination of oil and propane.

Financials will be provided for qualified buyers. In 2016, RV Park Revenue represented 47.7% of total revenue. Staffing beside the two owners consists of a foreign exchange student working through the season.
