The Twin Mountain Motor Court and RV Park exemplifies the age-old tradition of cottage camping in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The cozy owner’s home is a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath year round residence with a full kitchen and wood stove. A lovely deck overlooking the property and a stunning view of Mount Washington is just outside the door.

The entire facility utilizes town water and private septic systems on site. Heat for the entire property is provided by a combination of oil and propane.

Financials will be provided for qualified buyers. In 2016, RV Park Revenue represented 47.7% of total revenue. Staffing beside the two owners consists of a foreign exchange student working through the season.
