The Twin Mountain Motor Court and RV Park exemplifies the age-old tradition of cottage camping in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The entire facility utilizes town water and private septic systems on site. Heat for the entire property is provided by a combination of oil and propane.
Financials will be provided for qualified buyers. In 2016, RV Park Revenue represented 47.7% of total revenue. Staffing beside the two owners consists of a foreign exchange student working through the season.
